Maldives Islamic Bank has offered financial assistance for students of Villa College to start their courses in September this year.
The loans will be mortgage free loans, with the payables deducted from applicant or sponsor’s bank account.
Applicants will be provided a one-year period to pay up their educational fees. Degree program students will have to pay MVR 2800 per month, while Masters students will have to pay MVR 3600 per month.
Villa College stated that the program will immensely benefit their students and was working to arrange special discounts for students. Islamic Bank said that they will be providing the courses at Villa College discounted rates.
The Bank said that they will further this opportunity to students from other colleges in the near future.
