Sun Media Group has been assigned as the media partner for the activities of the Student Union of the Maldives National University (MNU).
At the special ceremony held at the MNU today, the General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Sun Media, Minha Faiz signed the agreement with the President of the MNU Student Union, Ali Rasheed.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minha said that Sun Media Group is working to take part in social events as much as possible. And under the agreement signed with the University’s Student Union today, assistance would be provided through all media platforms of Sun Media Group.
Under the agreement with the MNU Student Union, Sun Media Group would be the exclusive media partner for all of the activities and events organized and run by the MNU Student Union.
President of the MNU Student Union, Ali Rasheed also spoke at the ceremony today saying that MNU Student Union (MNUSU) is the single largest social organization in the Maldives and all of it’s events must be known across the country.
He said that signing a media agreement with the top media in the country, Sun Media Group was an excellent step and reaching an agreement with such a media such as Sun Media is a pleasure.
The MNUSU, formed in 2013, has been conducting a number of activities with the involvement of other universities, colleges and higher schools.
And so the MNUSU has conducted a debate competition open to the higher schools this year.
MNUSU has plans to hold a futsal, netball and Quran competitions opened to other colleges, universities and higher schools.
