Bookings have opened for apartments in the Pearl Tower of Blue Lagoon Luxury Residences, the second residential tower in the Hulhumale' Phase II development.
Construction of the project began in December, and work is now ongoing on both the commercial and residential components. The developer says the project will bring a new standard to the luxury housing market with its scale, amenities and lagoon-facing design.
The first 10 floors of the Pearl Tower are now open for booking. These units overlook the bridge connecting Phase II and offer a marina view, a feature the developer says is unique to this tower, making it the only residential building in Hulhumale' with a marina-facing outlook.
Units on the 13th, 14th and 15th floors of the Coral Tower have also been released for booking.
According to the developer, prices have increased by about 15 percent compared to the initial launch. Fifty units will be sold at the newly announced rates, after which prices are expected to rise further.

The apartments in both towers are designed with spacious layouts. The smallest two-bedroom units measure 1,035 square feet, while two-bedroom luxury units span 1,280 square feet. The 2+1 units measure 1,340 square feet, and three-bedroom apartments start at 1,795 square feet.
Blue Lagoon consists of two towers, Pearl and Coral, with a total of 250 luxury apartments. The development also includes the Blue Lagoon Commercial Arcade, promoted as an open‑concept mall, the first of its kind in the Maldives. The project was launched in August last year with early-bird prices for selected floors of the Coral Tower.
The development features more than 35,000 square feet of dedicated service and leisure space, including a 30,000-square-foot terrace garden, the largest in the Maldives. The area includes open lawns, seating zones and recreational spaces designed to offer residents a break from the congestion of city life.

A 16,500-square-foot Grand Club House is also part of the project, offering a gym, multipurpose hall, theatre, children’s play area, daycare and meeting rooms.
A virtual tour of the apartments is now available at the Blue Lagoon Sales Office.
