The government will seek parties to conduct the detailed survey, engineering and designing of the Addu Bridge Project this month, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has announced.
Delivering the Presidential Statement at the Parliament opening for this year, President Muizzu stated that a total of 1,043 projects will be implemented across Maldives this year, including ongoing projects, stalled projects and new initiatives. In this regard, the development of Addu Link Road and other roads to modern standards will be commenced this year, he announced.
Additionally, the MVR 282 million project started by the government to address the issues with Addu City’s water network will be completed within this year, he said.
