Youth Minister Iruthishaam Adam have said that the last three years of President Yameen’s government has been great for the youth.
Speaking at a ceremony held to celebrate the 3-year anniversary of President Yameen’s government, Minister Iruthishaam said that the government has achieved a lot in developing sports. She said that hence, the three years has been great especially for the youth.
Minister said that, within the three years a special sports law was introduced, national team players started getting salaries, a sports council was formed and sports has developed really well.
She said that because of President Yameen’s policies, the youth are more displayed now. She said that well-disciplined youth has progressed in sports in the last three years. She noted that the President is providing all islands with sporting facilities. She said that these projects are going on at “rocket-speed”.
