Ghassan Maumoon، son of former President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom، has been appointed the Minister of State at the President’s Office on Tuesday.
Ghassan was previously the State Minister at Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Not an official statement was released by the Government regarding the reason of the transition.
Mohamed Hussain Shareef and Abdulla Ameen are the two incumbent Ministers at President’s Office
