Appeal hearing over Imran’s remand case for his active participation and pioneering of Adaalath Party-led Mayday event is scheduled for tomorrow.
Sheikh Imran Abdullah’s appeal case will be held at High Court sometime in the afternoon، tomorrow.
Imran was given a 10-day remand extension on his initial 15-day period، by Criminal Court on 17th May. According to High Court، Police had disclosed the investigation report against Imran and his involvements over the attached case during court hearing set to decide on his remand period.
In addition to this، court’s hearing concludes that Imran had been remanded based on his active involvement on Mayday event as well as the provocative speech he delivered on the same day.
