Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms Dunya Maumoon has arrived in United Arab Emirates on an Official Visit.
Minister Dunya is travelling to UAE on an invitation from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
During her two-day official visit, Minister Dunya will deliver a letter from the President of the Republic of Maldives to the President of the United Arab Emirates. Minister Dunya will also meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of UAE and discuss ways of further consolidating the close brotherly relations between the Maldives and UAE.
Minister Dunya is accompanied by Mr. Abdullah Hameed, Non-Resident Ambassador of Maldives to United Arab Emirates, and Maryam Bassama Farooq, Assistant Director, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
