The Maldives government dismissed four coordinators of Ministry of Youth and Sports on Wednesday.
Mihaaru understands that the four coordinators are renowned local singer Mira Mohamed Majid, Mohamed Shahuneem, Ahmed Nazim and Ahmed Zameel.
The President’s Office sent letters of dismissal to the four coordinators, some of whom are currently on vacation.
The reason for their dismissal has not been disclosed yet.
The four individuals were employees of National Centre for the Arts (NCA) managed under the Youth Ministry.
