Dhiraagu has successfully concluded its annual staff futsal tournament, DESCUP, with strong participation across the company.
DESCUP 2025, which marked the 19th edition of the tournament, was divided into three leagues, with champions now officially announced.
DSS United emerged as the champions of the CEO & MD’s Cup, later securing the Premier League title after a competitive final showdown against Finanzes. In the Super League, CNFC claimed victory following a tightly contested match with ROC United.
Meanwhile, the Women’s Fiesta tournament—organized exclusively for Dhiraagu’s female employees—concluded with Hiyala taking the championship title after an exciting final against Technology Kanbalun.
This year’s tournament brought together 20 teams and 321 employees from across the Maldives, highlighting both the competitive spirit and camaraderie among staff.
Beyond the thrill of competition, the event also reflects Dhiraagu’s ongoing commitment to employee engagement and wellbeing. These initiatives are driven by Dhiraagu eClub, which continues to create opportunities for employees to participate in sports and recreational activities beyond the workplace.
