Adhaalat Party has started a fund today with the aim of providing aiding the victims of Israel’s attacks on Gaza.
The Gaza Fund Maldives was inaugurated by former Maldives international captain Asad Abdul Ghani and Maldives international midfielder Mohamed Arif (Baka) during an event held at Nasandhura Palace Hotel this evening. The event was attended by Islamic Minister Dr. Mohamed Shaheem as well as the Adhaalat Party leadership.
Adhaalat Party said that a fund box will be located at the Islamic Centre، and that the Adhaalat Party office will be accepting donations for the fund as well. Moreover، fund boxes are to be kept at numerous islands، said Adhaalat Party.
The proceedings are to be delivered to the people of Gaza through the Qatar Red Cross.
