President Yameen Abdul Gayyoom have indicated that the King of Saudi Arabiyya Salman Bin Abdul Aziz will visit Maldives very soon.
Speaking to the people of Magoodhoo, the President said that he is waiting for King Salman to visit Maldives. He said that he hopes that this day will come very soon.
The President thanked King Salman for all his charitable works in the Maldives such as building and maintaining of mosques. There are various mosques being built around the Maldives by King Salman himself and also by the Saudi government. In addition, a 10 story Islamic center with a mosque is to be built in Male. The mosque will be named after King Salman.
