A delegation from the incumbent government has arrived in Guraidhoo to open a youth center in the island.
The delegation consists of Tourism Minister Ahmed Adeeb، Youth Minister Ahmed Zuhoor and MP’s of Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM)، the ruling party.
The delegation received a warm welcome upon arrival by the citizens of the island.
Tourism Minister has met with the youths of the island and listened to their requests. The youths requested to open a BML branch in the island.
The youth center will be opened at today afternoon.
Apart from Guraidhoo، the delegation is scheduled to visit two islands of Thaa atoll، and a futsal ground will be opened in Thaa Villufushi tonight.
