Former Islamic Minister Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali saeed has said that he is thinking of leaving Adhaalath Party.
In a statement made in the official Facebook page of Shaheem stated that he aims to develop better youths for the future and has expressed his wish towards moving to activities which are more Islamic، knowledgeable and humanistic.
Shaheem said that the political area already have sufficient number of Islamic scholars، however، the other areas lack scholars.
“Adhaalath Party is a party i really adore. Even though I leave Adhaalath، I will love the general members of Adhaalath. I love the party as well. My closes and beloved friends are in Adhaalath Party. I will never wish harm for them.” said Shaheem.
Shaheem further said that although his beliefs conflict with of Sheikh Imran، they are friends and he respects Imran. He added that he adores the famous scholar such as Ilyas Hussain and affirmed that his assistance will be provided whenever an Islamic issue arises.
“I think I will go forward with the decision (leave Adhaalath). I wish a prosperity future for Adhaalath.” said Imran.
Shaheem is a member of Adhaalath Council and the President of foreign affairs of Adhaalath.
Shaheem was the former Islamic Minister who resigned shortly after Adhaalath notified its members in the government to resign from government.
