Youth injured in Saturday’s stabbing is in serious condition, according to ADK Hospital.
Confirming that he is being treated there, ADK’s media official said that the young man’s condition is serious.
However, the official denied to disclose details of his injuries.
The stabbing took place in the Henveiru ward of capital Malé City on Saturday evening.
Bystanders told RaajjeMV that he was stabbed in the chest as he was traveling on a motorcycle, and that he was rushed to the hospital.
Police spokesperson refused to comment on the matter, citing ongoing investigation.
