Police have confirmed they have taken three people under their custody on Saturday regarding the case of missing reporter from Minivan News، Rilwan Abdulla. The three males arrested reportedly belong to a gang active in Male’.
Police media official reported، after a missing person case was filed for Rilwan Abdulla on August 13th، under a court order، two 22-year-olds and one 24-year-old were arrested on Saturday.
Police further reported that court has ruled a detainment for the three arrested، to carry the investigation in an allocated place by Ministry of Home Affairs.
The two 22-year-olds got 5 days detainment، while the 24-year-old got 7 days detainment.
Police are still investigating the case of the missing reporter of Minivan News، Rilwan Abdulla.
