The Thinadhoo Branch of the Maldives Islamic Bank has been opened.
The branch was opened by Finance Minister Abdullah Jihad.
Speaking in the ceremony, Minister Jihad said that Thinadhoo was a business oriented island and said that he hoped the branch will be the most successful branch of the bank.
Islamic Bank CEO Haris Haroon said that this would be the third branch in the Maldives, adding that the Hulhumale’ and Kulhudhuffushi branch will open in the coming month. He added that the bank will keep on opening more branches in the country.
All services available in Male’ outlets will be available in Thinadhoo branch.
