Indian Foreign Secretory Dr. S Jaishankar has concluded his visit to Maldives and departed today.
He met with President Yameen and foreign secretary of Maldives Dr.Ali Naseer today.
In his meeting with the president they discussed on strengthening economic and trade relations between the two countries.
India is the closest ally of Maldives. Very recently India allocated a 100 million dollar facility to MMA maintain the reserve of Maldives.
India is alway keen to assist Maldives in all circumstances. The foreign secretory of India arrived in Maldives yesterday.
