The President’s Office has announced the reopening of applications to fill vacancies on the Tax Appeal Tribunal. This is the third time applications have been announced.
With this announcement, the previous calls for applications, made on 15 July, 4 August, and 20 August 2025 have been nullified.
Following this nullification, applications are now open to fill the two vacant seats on the Tribunal, including one reserved for a vacancy in the legal field. Submissions will be accepted on working days until 12:00 pm on Monday, 8 September 2025.

The Tax Appeal Tribunal is an agency established for the purpose of adjudicating matters related to the Tax Administration Act or any other taxation legislation.
