ACC has stated that last year, the largest number of cases filed with the body concerned the misuse of position to achieve undue gains.
The Commission said that in the first three months of this year, 108 such cases were reviewed and completed. In the first three months of 2015, 143 such cases were reviewed.
The second highest type of complaints were regarding illegal actions, with 87 cases reviewed in the three month period. The third highest type of complaints were regarding illegal gains, with 28 cases completed in the same period.
Eighteen cases of abuse of potential state gains, 21 cases of neglect on state finances, three cases of bribery and seven cases of evidence tampering and concealment was also reviewed by the Commission.
