President of the Elections Commission Ahmed Shareef have said that the commission will finish answering all complains regarding the election today and that the work of the commission will not be hindered even if 4 of the members of the commission are abroad.
Speaking to Miadhu News, Shareef said that it is not the work of the members of the commission to answer complaints related to the election and that it is done by the Complains Bureau of the commission.
“So far no case which should be answered by the members of the commission has been submitted. Hence the absence of the 4 members will not be a problem” said Shareef.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson of PPM, Ali Arif expressed concerns regarding the absence of the 4 members of the Elections Commission.
