Thoddoo constituency MP, Ibrahim Hassan has said that the Jumhooree Party and the members of the Peoples’ Majlis from the Jumhooree Party achieved remarkable success in the past one year.
Speaking to Miadhu Daily, MP Ibrahim Hassan said that the tour to the islands that the party represents in the Majlis from December 30th to January 1st has revealed the success achieved by the party
He said that many of the supporters of other candidates are now supporting the him.
Ibrahim Hassan said that he met with the people of the three islands in his constituency and the people informed him of their problems and the difficulties they face.
He said that he will do everything he can from within the Majlis and by speaking to the responsible authorities to resolve their problems.
“We were not elected to take personal benefit. No. Our aim will be to serve our people. The people will know this by now. I am their servant. I am at the service of the people of Maldives,” he said.
During his recent tour, Ibrahim Hassan inaugurated the Zone Football tournament held in Rasdhoo stadium. He also actively participated in the island cleaning program of Ukulhas.
