Department of Judicial Administration has launched a Law Report Database online which publishes all rulings and verdicts of High Court and the Supreme Court of Maldives.
According to the website of DJA, from the Law Report Database, the constitution, laws, regulations, conventions and verdicts of the courts will be available to the public.
The laws on the website will be indexed according the dates it was introduced. Also, the website shows if there were any amendments made to the laws. Law reporting screens are divided into 5 sections on the database. They are laws, regulations, principles, statements, and verdicts. Each screen has various filters to get specific information.
This is the 3rd version of the website. It will be updated weekly and is maintained by DJA.
