The Bank of Maldives (BML) staff have on Tuesday, April 2, donated educational toys and books to the children at the Fiyavathi Shelter.
The bank’s staff had donated art and craft materials, stationaries, board games, puzzles, along with toys and books to the children. The bank stated that this act greatly promoted the “spirit of giving to positively impact the community”.
During last Ramadan, the BML staff donated essential food items for the ‘Help a Family’ initiative. The effort was organized by MOMS to support vulnerable families, and offer them help.
Additionally, BML donated to the ARC AID program over the past three years to assist families in need of socioeconomic support.
