Registration has officially opened for the Kulhudhuffushi City  2025, set on July 4th. The event is being organized in collaboration between the Kulhudhuffushi City Council and the city’s Women’s Development Committee.
This year’s tournament will feature six competitive categories: Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Champions in each category will receive trophies and medals, while runners-up will be awarded medals for their performances.
According to an announcement by the City Council, interested participants must submit their applications through a Google Form provided by the Council. The deadline for registration is 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 15, 2025. Organizers have also urged all applicants to thoroughly review the tournament regulations included in the official announcement before registering.
Kulhudhuffushi is well known for its strong badminton culture in the Maldives. The 2025 tournament continues the city’s efforts to promote the sport and encourage community participation.
