President: You’ll see us delivering our promises next

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu assured the people of Sh. Feydhoo on Tuesday that they will next see the successful delivery of the pledges made by his administration.

Addressing a rally there, President Muizzu said that government projects are being run based on priority. He named the project to build council offices and projects to develop multi-purpose halls in schools as key priority areas for his administration.
He said that while physical works have yet to start on the China-funded project to build 50 council offices, the project is making progress.
He added that islands will see the launch of physical works on multiple developmental projects soon.

“That [council] project is in progress. Though you might not be seeing it physically, on the ground, the preparations are going ahead without any issues, very speedily and step by step.  We hope to see physical works on projects commence soon in islands. We will be carrying out a lot of projects in the future,” he said.
“You will also see the upgrade of healthcare services in this island that were promised during the presidential campaign.”
President Muizzu said that he sees it as a top priority to meet with and listen to the concerns of the people, and shape his decisions based on what the people want.
