A man has been arrested with 6 mobile phones، a screwdriver and some amount of cash، all suspected to have been stolen.
The man arrested in this case is a 29 year old Maldivian.
Police informs that the mobiles and screwdriver was found from above the hood of the kitchen of the house the arrested man was residing in، when the police checked his house after they received a complaint about a robbery in Ma. 3D، around 1.15 am last night.
The stolen cash was found when the body of the arrested man was checked under police custody.
Police informs that the man arrested in this case has a number of prior records of illicit drugs، robbery، theft and harming property.
