BML announces changes to working hours

Bank of Maldives (BML) on Saturday, 22 May 2021, reports changes to their working hours.
The bank reports the changes were brought into effect in line with the guidelines issued by Health Protection Agency (HPA) of Maldives and announcement by Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA).
Moreover, the changes will remain effective from 23 May 2021, Sunday until 27 May 2021, Thursday – for a five-day working week.
According to BML, their branches and service centers will be open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 08:30hrs until 12:30hrs.
BML reports services such as international transfers, BML check processing and payroll services will be processed throughout the week as ‘essential services.’
Customers can request for tokens for services in Male’ City through the QueueBee application and also check waiting position through the online platform.
Furthermore, online tokens will be available between 08:30hrs to 12:00hrs on banking days via the QueueBee application.
On the other hand, BML will provide services via pre-booked appointed at their Account Opening Center, Loan Center and Business Center.
