The CEO and MD of Dhiraagu, Ismail Rasheed have said that all Participants who completed the Dhiraagu apprenticeship program are now working or pursing higher education and that it shows how good the apprenticeship program is.
Speaking at a ceremony held at Dhiraagu head office this morning to start the Dhiraagu apprenticeship program for this year, Ismail said that they started the program in 2009 and the fact that all participants are getting jobs after the program shows how successful the program is.
He said that, the trainers in the program a senior and capable staffs of Dhiraagu and they are very careful and meticulous during the training.
Ismail said that, even though their training is perfect, the participants will benefit from it based on the level of input given by them. He asked all the participants to make the best use of the opportunity.
Most of the participants who completed the program are now working for major companies and banks in the Maldives.
