Bank of Maldives has announced that all its branches will be open for business on Wednesday 14th September during the Eid Holidays. This decision was made in order to support customers with their banking during the extended holiday period, and to ensure their requirements are met with the highest levels of service.
BML’s 14 Self-Service Banking ATM Centres will continue to offer customers the opportunity to deposit, withdraw and transfer cash 24 hours a day throughout the Eid Holidays. BML customers can also use the Bank’s network of ATMs,internet and mobile banking services, as well as the 24-hour Contact Centre. Cash Agents on all inhabited islands will be available to provide cash withdrawal services to customers.
Head of Customer Service Moosa Nimal commented, “We know that long breaks impact our customers’ ability to do their banking. This is why we decided to observe a full working day on the 14th, with all branches open so that we can provide the best service possible.”
