Supreme Court has accepted the case filed by Abdul Latheef Mohamed – who Elections Commission announced has lost his parliamentary seat for Dhidhdhoo constituency.
The letter, informing of the decision to accept the case, was sent by the Registrar of Supreme Court to Latheef this Monday.
Latheef has asked that Supreme Court rule he can retain his seat until a decision is made by the court.
