Supreme Court has seized the documents filed to Civil Court by lawyer Dhiyana Saeed, claiming that former President Mohamed Nasheed resigned under duress and threat on 7 February 2012.
Civil Court stated in its ruling, that it had been ordered by Supreme Court not to take any action in relation to this case.
It was no longer possible to proceed with this case, Civil Court said, as it has been requested to send all documents related to this case to Supreme Court.
