The state has appealed the case of Inthif Rauoof’s possessing a pistol. Since Criminal Court has ruled that Inthif not guilty of the charges pressed against him، PG office appealed it in High Court yesterday.
A weapon was found in Inthif’s house Ma.Golden Beam and the state charged him with possession of a dangerous weapon. The weapon was found in his house during an operation conducted after the Finifenma launch explosion.
Criminal court ruled Inthif not guilty saying that the state is not able to prove that the weapon found in his apartment is a dangerous weapon. Sources say that Inthif is living abroad as of now.
