The Minister at President’s office Abdulla Amin is to be charged with corruption.
Reportedly، the corruption charges are to be charged following Thaa atoll Thimarafushi airport case. The government had demanded a late penalty payment to the company who was constructing Thaa atoll airport، however، the penalty was forgiven by the Minister.
The case was filed at prosecutor generals office on last December، and the case will soon commence in the court.
