The Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA) has issued investment advisory licenses to two entities under the Maldives Securities Act.
According to an announcement released today, an investment advisor license has been granted to Arkstone Private Limited, while an investment advisor representative license has been issued to Asim Abdul Majeed.
These licenses are valid for a period of five years, starting from February 11, 2025. The license number assigned to Arkstone Private Limited is CMDA/2025/IA-09, while Asim Abdul Majeed has been issued license number CMDA/2025/IAR-12.
The issuance of these licenses reflects CMDA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the capital market by ensuring regulated advisory services. Investment advisors play a crucial role in guiding investors and fostering a stable financial environment.
