A man died in Hulhumale’ on Sunday after a pickup truck he was working on collapsed on top of him.
The incident was reported to the police at around 11:05 am Sunday.
According to the police, the man, identified as a 60-year-old Maldivian male, was on the ground working on repairing a pickup truck parked near the Hulhumale’ Cemetery when it collapsed on top of him.
The Hulhumale’ Hospital confirms his death, said the police.
The case is under investigation by the police.
