The Civil Court has ruled in favor of Refcool Maldives Pvt Ltd, ordering Fenaka Corporation to pay MVR 722,812.92 for unpaid goods and services, including project scope amendments.
The lawsuit was filed by Refcool after Fenaka failed to settle payments owed under a service agreement. Fenaka acknowledged the full claim and requested a three-month period to fulfil the payment obligation.
In its ruling, the Civil Court granted Refcool’s request, stipulating that Fenaka must begin repayment by July 2, with monthly payments no less than the calculated installment, completing the full payment within three months.
This is one of several recent court rulings against Fenaka Corporation concerning outstanding dues to service providers.
