Riyaz Rasheed urges not to bring public from atolls to put them in harm

Vilifushi constituency member Riyaz Rasheed urges not to coerce citizens from various atolls to come to Malé for protests and put them in harms way.
MP Riyaz made his statement through social-network Twitter.
In his tweet he said “I am against violence، so do not bring citizens from atolls to Malé just to put them in harm”.

His statement comes amid when MDP and Adaalath Party are getting ready for another protest، which they claim will hold thousands of citizens، partaking against government in their self-titled “National Activity”.
According to MDP PG Group’s leader، Ibrahim Mohamed Solih (Iboo) confirmed that a lot of the public are going to be coming to Malé for the protest، from various atolls.
“People are coming from some of the atolls comparatively more than the last time، so I am certain the protest will have a huge participant rate، I don’t see how the mob numbers will decrease at this point، people are coming to Malé to fight against this injustice and brutality” Mr. Ibrahim said.
Mr. Ibrahim had furthermore stated that the 12th June protest will go according to plan، and will start at 20:00hrs on the night. Participants are expected to gather at Artificial Beach area، and walk through Majeedhee Magu.
