The work for Hdh. Nolhivaranfaru Laamigas Park was officially contracted to a contractor today. The project has been awarded to Maibadha Private Limited. The agreement signing for this was held on Thursday, November 13, 2025. According to information provided by the Nolhivaranfaru Council, the total cost of this project is MVR 2,184,717.75 (Two million one hundred eighty-four thousand seven hundred seventeen Rufiyaa and seventy-five Laari). This cost is the estimated expenditure for the development of the park. The work is scheduled to commence on November 21, 2025. The contractor has been given a period of 100 days to complete the work. Accordingly, the Laamigas Park project must be completed before March 01, 2026. Once the development of this park is completed and opened to the public, the residents of Nolhivaranfaru will have the opportunity to spend time in a pleasant environment.
