On Wednesday, Mohamed Latheef, President of the Maldives Volleyball Association, announced that the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) will collaborate with Sun Siyam Media Group once more. This partnership aims to host the women's national volleyball teams in the Maldives this December.
Sun Siyam Media was the media partner of the CAVA Men's Champions League which was held from 17 to 23 July. This is the first international tournament covered live in the history of Sun Siyam Media.
Speaking to Sun Siyam Media staff right after the Champions League final in Male on Wednesday evening, Latheef said he would like to work with Sun Siyam Media again for the CAVA Nations Cup.

Maldives' women's national volleyball team competes in the CAVA Nations League. Other women's national teams from strong Central Asian countries will compete as well.
The CAVA Women's Nations Cup will be held from December 14 to 20.
Two more international tournaments are scheduled to be held in Maldives this year. They are two beach volleyball tournaments, the CAVA Beach Volleyball Champions League and the CAVA Beach Volleyball Nations League.
