Vice President Ahmed Adeeb Abdul Gafoor has on Wednesday departed to Egypt on official visit.
President’s Office informed VP Adeeb is visiting Egypt to attend the opening ceremony of the second Suez Canal.
This is the first official visit of Adeeb after becoming the new Vice President.
Former Tourism Minister، took the oath of office as the vice president on July 23، after the Parliament ousted the former vice president Dr. Mohamed Jameel Ahmed on incompetence.
