Civil Service Commission Launches Online Complaint Portal

The Civil Service Commission has introduced an online portal for submitting civil service-related complaints and issues.
Starting today, all complaints to civil service institutions and the Commission must be filed through the “MyAccount” portal, accessible via e-Pass at (https://myaccount.csc.gov.mv).
The Commission stated that the system allows complainants to track the status of their cases and view responses online. Notifications will also be sent via SMS when a response is provided.
The new system aims to simplify the complaint submission process and strengthen case management. A user manual has been published to guide users through the platform.
