According to PPM, their party cannot be divided by rumors and misleading information.  This is regarding a news that was published stating that PPM has been removing PNC’s President Abdul Raheem Abdulla from the works of progressive congress coalition.
This news was released via the “dhemme” news. They claimed that conflicts between former President Abdulla Yameen and Abdul Raheem Abdulla are the cause of Abdul Raheem’s distance from the progressive Congress Coalition.
According to the report by PPM responding to the news, this rumor is untrue, and those who propagate it should be held accountable. The party leadership won’t be destroyed, they added, despite the fabrication of such reports.
Additionally, PPM states that the opposition coalition is working towards former President Yameen winning the next year’s election, and PNC’s president Abdul Raheem is currently in Laamu Atoll for a special task by former President.
