Sheikh Ilyas Hussein has appealed all members of the Adhalath Party to stand behind the party leader Sheikh Imran Abdulla.
Sheikh Ilyas made this remark in an audio message. He said that he is with the stand taken by the party leader Sheikh Imran and the decision of the Shura Majlis of the party.
He said that the Shura Majlis of the Adhaalath Party is the most important organ of the party and no one has undue influence over the Shura Majlis.
“On March 7 we held a meeting of the scholars committee to discuss some issues pertaining to the current situation. We have shared our discussion with the Shura Majlis members,” he said.
Sheikh Ilyas called all members to remain steadfast and not to do anything that compromises the decision of the party.
