S. Hithadhoo، Reethigasdhoshuge Hassan Saeed، has been appointed as the administrator of Department of Judicial Administeration. He is the former state minister of Foreign Ministry.
A statement released by the Supreme Court says that Hassan Saeed scored the highest in the interview held in relation to the announcement released by the DJA to apply for the post of Judicial Administrator on 19th August 2015، Wednesday.
Hassan Saeed was appointed as the new Judicial Administrator in a ceremony held at Supreme Court today.
Speaking at that ceremony، Interim Chief Justice Abdulla Saeed advised Hassan Saeed to uphold his position and responsibilities honestly and without being biased.
Interim Chief Justice also requested the Judicial Administrator to improve the working of the judiciary and to shape the administrative work in such a way that it is easy for people to get justice served.
