Minister of Youth and Sports honorable Mohamed Maleeh Jamal has stated that an art institution is currently under progress in the Youth City developed in Hilhumale’.
In the inaugural of “Studio Conference Cinema” organized by Maldives Film Association، Maleeh stated that the documents are filed and the proposal is finalized of the art institution which will comprise studios for artists.
“Our manifesto includes building a vast building which comprise of an art institute for artists، studios and theaters. Now the documents are filed as well the proposal is finalized and the project of art institution in the Youth City of Hulhumale’ is open for investment” highlighted the Minister.
He further stated that the Hulhumale’ Youth Center is renamed and build as Hulhumale’ Cinema and affirmed that the building is estimated to finish in this year.
He stated that the Olympus is currently under renovation highlighting the initiate made by youth ministry for the progression of entertainment sector.
