A car veered out of control and crashed into multiple vehicles parked on the side of one of the main roads of Male’ City on Sunday morning, resulting in massive damages.
A police spokesperson said the accident took place at around 07:50 am in front of the Gaakoshi flats in Ameenee Magu.
According to the police, the car crashed into vehicles parked on the side of the road and resulted in damages to the car itself as well as six motorcycles and another car.
There were no immediate reports of any injuries.

Videos taken in the aftermath of the accident shows the vehicle involved – an orange car – on the pavement with its front bumper hanging off and a huge dent on the left side, with damaged vehicles littered around it.
The accident is under investigation by the police.
