According to Villa Resorts' website, the company changed its name and rebranded in order to maintain the same style in all their resorts and to strengthen the brand's identity. Therefore, "Villa" has been included in the names of the rebranded resorts.
Villa Resort has also rebranded the Holiday Island Resort as Villa Haven. The resort will be rebranded during the last quarter of this year. In addition, Villa Resorts also operates Royal Island and Fun Island.
The company started resort operations in 1986. Currently, the company operates a total of five resorts, with two additional resorts being developed. Villa Resorts said it will rebrand the company and make further changes in the future to improve the services offered by the resorts.
