Bank of Maldives has honored their top performing employees at its annual staff awards ceremony held on Friday night. The exemplary employees were honored with a series of accolades.
Hassan Aqleem (North Cluster Manager) and Mohamed Ashraf (Head of People Development) won the coveted Employee of the Year Award. Fathimath Farihath Waheed (Head of Cards & Payment Governance), Abdulla Sobah (Senior Manager, Premium Banking) and BML Mobile App Team were the recipients of the CEO’s Award for Outstanding Achievement. Mohamed Saeed (Public Relations Manager) received the Best Leader Award. Ali Zaid Mohamed (Compliance Manager) received the Best Manager Award.
Staff and teams who excelled over the past year were also awarded in the ceremony. The categories include Best Atoll Branch, Best Team, Best Atoll Employee, Customer Service Star and Award for Innovation.
The awards were presented by In-charge of the Bank and Acting MD Aishath Noordeen as well as members of the Bank’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
