Bank of Maldives (BML) announces decision to hold their annual general meeting on 31 August 2020.
Moreover, the country’s national bank confirms their annual general meeting of 2019 will be at 10:00hrs on Monday morning.
The bank will host their AGM through Maldives Securities Depository’s online meeting management system; ‘FahiVote’.
Meanwhile BML urges the company’s shareholders and proxies participating in the AGM to pre-register between 11 until 29 August 2020.
BML further informs using infinity.mv for pre-registration, adding the forms will be available from the bank.
Moreover the bank advises proxies attending the AGM instead of shareholders to submit their voting form 48 hours ahead of the meeting date via e-mail.
Earlier BML confirms their 2019 fourth quarter net profit over MVR200 million.
However the turnover took a blow by second quarter of 2020 in light of Covid-19 global pandemic slowing down the country’s economic drive.
